Fit
The Invigorate shares lululemon’s precision fit with a notable addition: an interior drawcord in the waistband. This lets you cinch the waist tighter for activities involving inversions, box jumps, or any movement where a standard elastic waistband might shift. The high-rise cut sits at the navel and provides full coverage through the midsection.
The side pockets are cut into the seam and sit flat against the thigh when empty. With a phone inserted, they hold position without bouncing during running or jumping, though the added bulk is visible from the side profile. The 25-inch inseam and 0–20 sizing are consistent with the rest of lululemon’s tight lineup.
Fabric & Feel
This is Everlux — the same fabric as the Wunder Train. The 55/32/13 nylon-polyester-Lycra blend is smooth, structured, and moisture-agnostic. It dries faster than any other lululemon fabric and resists absorbing sweat into the fiber structure. The hand feel is firmer than Nulu but smoother than most polyester training fabrics.
If you’ve worn the Wunder Train, you know exactly what to expect. The Invigorate doesn’t add any fabric innovation — the differentiation is entirely in the construction details (pockets and drawcord).
Durability
Everlux is lululemon’s most durable fabric for training. The Invigorate inherits that resilience — expect two to three years of regular gym use with proper washing (cold water, tumble dry low). The pocket seams and drawcord hardware show no signs of stress even after months of heavy use. No pilling, no fading, no loss of compression.
Value
At $128, the Invigorate sits $30 above the Wunder Train ($98), and the only material differences are side pockets and a drawcord. If you need pockets for gym sessions — phone, card, key — the premium may be worth it. If you can leave your phone in a locker or bag, the Wunder Train delivers the same fabric experience for significantly less.
Who It’s For
Gym-goers who want pockets without sacrificing lululemon’s best training fabric. If you carry your phone during workouts, the Invigorate solves that problem cleanly. If pockets aren’t essential, save $30 and buy the Wunder Train instead.
